Man with the friday night winners along with the 11 o’clock slate to start saturday off I was hot to go and then it all fell apart after that. Finished with a winning week still, but could have made some serious progress on getting back to .500. Lets get in the lab and see if I can source some winners for this weekend though.

Sides YTD 41-39-1

Boise State (-3) vs UNLV

This is appointment television for a friday night. This game should be fun as hell. I will take the Heisman frontrunner and stingy broncos defense to go to sin city and get a win in this one.

Washington vs Indiana (-5.5)

If you have learned on thing from reading me this year I hope you have learned his name is Curt Cignetti and he just wins. I know Rourke is out for this one, but the back up is serviceable. I like the idea of fading Washington when they have to come east and play early games. Give me the Hoosiers on gameday to keep this dream season alive.

GT vs VA Tech (-10) 

Haynes King is out for the yellow jackets again this week. I really do not like this offense without him. I like the hokies to take care of business in this one and win at home.

Illinois (+21.5) vs Oregon
Loyalty bet for my guy bert. I look for the Illini to really try and limit possessions in this one. Similar to the Penn State game the Illini will try and keep oregon off the field and hope for some turnover luck. I am not calling an upset in this one but 21.5 points is just damn many for me not to back the young lads from Champaign.

BYU (+2.5) vs UCF 

Oddsmakers have loved this UCF team all year and I frankly just do not see it. Give me the Mormans to remain unbeaten despite that heat and humidity down in Orlando.

Texas vs Vandy (+18)

Now most years this would be the perfect get right spot for texas coming off a big loss at home. Unfortunately for the long horns a man by the name of Diego Pavia plays for the dores. Give me Vandy to keep it within 3 scores.

Penn State (-6.5) vs Wisconsin

I don’t buy this recent Wisco renaissance. They have been beating up on bad teams. I do think they make this a competitive game, but I am thinking something along the lines of 24-14 for the nittany lions.

LSU vs Texas A&M (-1)

The thought process here is pretty simple. I think these teams are pretty evenly matched evidenced by the slim spread. The fact of the matter is this is similar to LSU’s deal with Ole Miss. Whoever the home team each year is wins the game. The last seven years the home team has won this game give me the Aggies.

Kansas vs Kansas St (-9.5) 

KState always wins this game simple as, because Bill Snyder said so.
