Ramblin, Gamblin NFL PickEm Year 4 Week 5

Even week last week. Which is an improvement from the week prior. Man it is getting hard to bet on NFL. Injuries keep stacking up. Teams blowing leads. TIES IN THE NFL. Gotta clean it up, and fast.

Seahawks vs cardinals last week I knew was a lock. I will say late in the game I was getting pretty nervous. I really thought Kyler and Marvin Harrison were going to come back and ruin my Thursday night. Glad the Seahawks pulled it out in the end.

Vikings/Steelers. Decent game being that it was an early one and over seas. I realized after I posted the sheet that I am an idiot and it was in Dublin, not London. However, Both teams showed out I feel, Aaron Rodgers force feeding his guys the rock was terrific. Just good, american football. The over was close, but we hit.

Then the regular time games hit and took a turn for the worst. I lost all 3 picks from the normal time slots. Commanders looked really good randomly, wasnt expecting that. Ravens are cursed with injuries. Then the Cowboys. Man they put up one hell of a fight. All I got to say is there shouldnt be ties in the NFL.

Broncos was really a no doubter, on the road at mile high. The Bengals dont have much for a team, also due to injuries. Broncos played well, which I am sure they needed for a confidence boost.

Overall, I feel like I learned absolutely nothing. Other than to check the injury report. But even then people like Lamar and Tyreek getting hurt in game kills bets. Overall, favorites are still covering a majority of the time. And the over/unders are quite literally 50/50. Over/Under record for the league is 32-32 right now.

NFL Picks YTD 11-12

49ers vs. Rams (-8.5)

Lot of points here. Lets look at the facts. Rams are 6-1 ATS in their last 7 games. The 49ers hardly even have a competitive team to put out on the field. Jauan Jennings, Purdy, Watkins, Mac Jones, among many others are all out tonight (12 in fact). Where as the Rams are only down 5. Most notably Tyler Higbee. Rams win big at home.

Vikings vs. Browns (Under 35.5)

THIS is a London game. Historically these are low scoring games. 35.5 points is incredibly low, and I would find it hilarious if the under hits here. Vikings are in their second week over the pond though, so if they have a good day they could cover the over by themselves.

Broncos vs. Eagles (-3.5)

Broncos look good, but they aint that good. Eagles at home. Enough said.

Lions (-10) vs. Bengals

Bengals fans look away. Lions might win this game by 65 points. Bengals are down bad right now. Coach Dan Campbell is no stranger to putting his foot on the gas to win big. 10 points almost feels too low here.

Patriots vs. Bills (Under 49.5)

Thats quite a bit of points, even if the Pats are playing better than usual. I just dont see this game being that high scoring. All signs lead to the over, but 67% of the bets placed are on the under right now. Im following the majority, no shot this goes this high.

Chiefs vs. Jaguars (Under 46.5)

Boring Monday night game. Neither of these offenses have been particularly high powered this season. Unless the Chiefs suddenly start firing on all cylinders, I dont see the score getting too high in this one.
